The house has 3 large bedrooms, each with a private bath, large closet, and King Size Canopy beds. All bed rooms are on the second floor, where you get an offshore breeze all night long. (No  A/C). Let the sounds of the Pacific lull you to sleep!

On the first floor you will find a large cooks kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs including a dining table with seating for 6. A very large living room with ceiling fans, large panoramic windows and large sliding glass doors leads out to the sun deck and the beach! It truly is a one-of-a-kind beach house, one that can rival the luxuries and ameneties you'll find in bournemouth hotels and other equally posh establishments.

We are located, right on the beach! 30 meters from the front doors of the beach house  your feet will be on Playa Espadilla ( the beach )  which is also known as Manuel Antonio Beach. We are a 7 minute walk to the National Park Manuel Antonio,  restaurants, Discos, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores and a Bakery. You will never need to leave the beach!
